Welcome to Memorial-610 Hospital for Animals. We would like to tell you a little about ourselves and our services.

CARE & SERVICE

Our mission is to provide the exceptional veterinary care for our patients. Our goal is to provide exceptional service to our clients. We seek a long-term, mutually satisfying relationship with clients, patients, and community.

DEDICATED HOSPITAL STAFF

Memorial-610 Hospital for Animals has a long history of service to the community, dating back to its beginnings in 1958. Our veterinarians have over 50 years of combined experience, a good mix of experience and the newer knowledge of medicine. Our paraprofessional staff has over 80 years of combined experience. We work to know our clients and patients and their needs, and are dedicated to the service of each pet and its family.

STATE OF THE ART MEDICINE AND SURGERY

We practice the highest quality medicine and surgery. We work as a team to maintain health through preventive medicine and nutrition, and to diagnose, treat and restore health to each patient. Our hospital is an association of three Doctors, one Registered Veterinary Technician, in addition to a full paraprofessional staff. We have an ongoing commitment to continuing education for doctors and staff. We work closely with specialists in the various fields of Veterinary Medicine, and refer patients to specialists whenever indicated.

EMERGENCIES

Emergencies will of course receive priority at any time. The Katy Freeway Emergency Clinic & the Animal Emergency Clinic (see map and phone numbers) have doctors and staff available at all times we are not open.

APPOINTMENTS

Every client has the opportunity to choose their doctor. If there is no preference, the receptionist will make an appointment with a doctor who is free at the time you wish. An accurate medical history is kept for each patient and is readily available for each doctor in the practice.

The appointment system for all services allows us to schedule our time, thus enabling us to give you and your pet our personal undivided attention during your appointment. Occasionally we are delayed because of emergencies, or a patient that requires more time than anticipated. In that case, our receptionist will call you. Please make appointments in advance and cancel them if you are unable to keep them.

PROFESSIONAL GROOMING / BATHING

We offer professional grooming Monday-Friday. Our groomers are familiar with the various grooming styles required for different breeds. They will be glad to talk with you about your individual grooming preferences. You may reach our groomer at 713-688-7578.

BOARDING

We are equipped with comfortable kennels and runs for the use of boarding animals. We will be glad to provide any extra care your pet should require while boarding. We do require that your pet be current on all necessary vaccinations. Reservations for holiday seasons are usually filled quite far in advance, as we restrict our population so individual care is not compromised. You may make reservations at 713-688-7578.

PAYMENT

We request that payment for services be made upon discharge of the patient. We accept cash, personal checks, debit and major credit cards as well as Care Credit.
